The new setup with WebPageTest/WebPageReply pushing all data to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Performance/Graphite/Synthetic_Instance is configured to keep data just for a couple of weeks so that we don't need to worry about running out of disk space.

But there's one thing that is missing and is continuing growing: Graphites database for annotation (a sqlite database /data/graphite.db) continuous to grow. We should automatically remove tags/annotations that are older than X days.
