Description

If you go to https://cs.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedie:Pot%C5%99ebuji_pomoc&action=history, you'll see that you can't press the summary to go to the question asked (see https://cs.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedie:Pot%C5%99ebuji_pomoc&diff=18065243&oldid=18062814 as an example), while if you use "new section" button, it is possible, see https://cs.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedie:Pot%C5%99ebuji_pomoc&diff=18056977&oldid=18053444. Can we make our summaries in that way, too?

I feel there has to be something simpler to accomplish this, but...I was unable to find it. Advices welcomed!
