Could the Project description also be "Used by Platform Engineering to track situations where testing is difficult or not currently possible. See Platform Team Initiatives (API Integration Tests) and MediaWiki-Core-Tests for general lists of testing issues." or such?

Asking as Phab's project tag search only displays the very first sentence in a description, and as descriptions should not get outdated if possible (that "new process" might not be "new" anymore at some point). :)
