It looks like our helpful translate-wiki friends have already translated the payments-wiki text into French, Turkish, Brazilian Portuguese, Norwegian, Hebrew and Arabic, with partial translations in a few other languages.
RTL languages might need some small CSS tweaks, but in general we get translations with very little developer work.

The translation process for DonationInterface doesn't actually need any intervention by fr-tech until it's time to deploy. Translators just need to submit and approve the translations over at Translatewiki (here's a search that might find the relevant phrases). Once phrases are approved on translatewiki, there's a bot which automatically submits them to our codebase.

Quick update--
We are on it! The monthly convert on payments wiki has been included in our Master Translation File: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_S_mGdNj6qBxWCzHQQRkGw5ZSdE8ruuN19fRf6iras0/edit?ts=5da9ce69
thus we will always have these translations for campaigns that we fundraise in. Translating the TY email for monthly conversion (i.e. "I had to email you twice"), and the additional, recently proposed Monthly Recurring Donation Receipt (not yet drafted) are also on my to do list. I will reach out to TY email stakeholders for final decision on the proposed monthly recurring donation receipt; and, if approved, make sure that gets drafted in English.
If there are any other pieces of MC that I have not considered for localization, please let me know.
