Description

cid 38480871 has an anomalously large PayPal Express Checkout recurring txn with the first payment listed as 'complete' in Civi, but is listed as having the full balance outstanding balance in the PayPal console, i.e. no money has been paid but Civi thinks we got it.

Worse, when we made our status request on donor return, the CHECKOUTSTATUS was PaymentActionNotInitiated but we went ahead and created the recurring record anyway. Is something wrong in the EC recurring processDonorReturn logic?

As of Jan 24 2020 the status of the contribution and contribution_recur records were both complete, but I will manually set those two to canceled so as to make our totals more accurate.

Also note that you can get to the paypal record by adding the subscr_id (starts with I-) to the end of this URL:
