We've briefly discussed this yesterday in #wikimedia-stewards and there was consensus that instead it'd be better to move Meta-Wiki affairs to a dedicated #wikimedia-meta channel instead. I'm discussing with the IRC-GC the posibility to reopen the #wikimedia-meta IRC channel again. Notwithstanding, it is unlikely that this functionality be integrated into StewardBot. I think we can simply fork the stewardbot code, change it to work with !admin / @admin and have a dedicated toolforge tool for it. I'll see if I can try to work on that.
