Description

Project Name: wikimania-scholarships

Wikitech Usernames of requestors: qgil, SOworu

Purpose: CiviCRM instance with a public form to submit scholarship requests for Wikimania 2020.

Brief description: We plan to use Cloud VPS as an interim solution to host the setup to receive scholarship applications for Wikimania 2020, based on Drupal and CiviCRM. We are working on a stable location for this setup hosted in a production-ready server, and as soon as it is ready we will migrate the data there and we will close this project.

How soon you are hoping this can be fulfilled: as soon as possible, please.

The least complicated answer is that we need to open scholarship registration for the 2020 Wikimania and the other deployment possibilities which have been discussed will not be ready/approved in time.
