Lift IP cap for National Gallery of Canada edit-a-thon

Description

Hello - The National Gallery of Canada is hosting a Wikipedia edit-a-thon on Thursday, March 5th from 1-8 pm EST. I'd like to have the cap for the creation of new accounts from a single IP address extended. Our public IP is 24.137.221.250. I'd like the cap lifted for the English and French Wikipedia sites.

@Adawnrose as I see, in the past request (T216642) 50 people were expected. Is right the number or you want increase for this time?
