In the KaiOS Wikipedia app, it is possible to view pages in other namespaces (Help, Wikipedia, Template, etc). For those, "suggested articles" is probably not relevant. The suggested articles section also contains the footer with content license.
Figure out where to put the footer in this case, or in all cases.
@SBisson Question - Technically would it be heavy lift if we present Legal footer as a separate section at the bottom of each article which means it's not attached to Suggested Article sections anymore?

In both these cases, TOC will have a section to point out.
