Description

Sandra noticed that the TY email for the monthly conversion (“I’m so impressed by you, I had to email you twice. You did something extraordinary...”) is being sent in English to Italian donors who donated in Italian. We have seen just a handful of tickets but it is awkward and makes us seem US-centric.

This task is to scope translating the monthly conversion TY email into non_EN languages and deploying in Civi.
