As a user entering an edit conflict
And without javascript
I want to be able to edit my conflicting talk page text
So that I can adapt my comment to react to the other comment

@Lena_WMDE We already have a mock-up but I've asked some open questions to the team, will put it here when we have a better answer :)

There's not much work left in this task, just verifying functionality and testing with the keyboard and screen reader.
Assuming we merge the patch for T244858: Non-javascript adjusting comment order in editing conflict resolution for talk pages, everything listed here works.
