Monthly convert option does not work on PayPal USD payment methods

Description

Summary:
It was noticed during testing today that there is a monthly convert modal displayed to users that have selected the PayPal (USD) payment method. However, if the user then attempts to click "Yes, I'll donate x monthly" nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NASA?banner=B1920_0301_mlWW_dsk_p1_lg_cnt&country=MY
  2. Select any donation amount
  3. Select PayPal (USD) as the payment method
  4. Click Continue
  5. Select "Yes, I'll donate x each month"
  6. Observe button does not work

Actual Results:
Monthly convert is displayed for PayPal (USD) when this payment method does not actually support monthly payments

Expected Results:
Monthly convert should not be displayed if it's not possible to make monthly payments using the selected payment method (Paypal USD)

We're going to remove the monthly convert option from bundle banners, which will solve this bug. I'll do that tomorrow and resolve here.

Ok, I've removed the Monthly Convert option from our 4 multilingual bundle controls, so this bug won't show up, @jbolorinos-ctr.
