ErfgoedBot create and maintain Images without ID reports (Commons:Monuments database/Images without id), a list of files where monument-ID template should be added to the file page.

Categories should be dealed in the same way. "Categories withoud ID" lists should be created, containing category pages from monument lists which are missing template-ID templates, and template-ID templates should be added to such a category pages.
