https://petscan.wmflabs.org/ seems to be down for everyone right now. It returns a 502 Bad Gateway error on accessing the index page. Unsure if this is the right place to file, but I can't see where else to file a report (seeing as I cannot access the tool to find the report errors button, if there is one).
