change language on article view while offline breaks the app.
1-open the app
2-go to an article (that is not cached, that you haven't visited before)
3-cut the internet to the device
4-select the "language" option

here the loading page gif shows and never goes away.
the only way to fix it is to shut down the app and open it again

on step 2, if you have opened the languages page on that article previously, the app behaves correctly
