This thing for buttons related to comparing revisions in history page is done in T244824: Use standard button appearance on `mw-history-compareselectedversions-button`.
But, for buttons for changing revisions visibility this isn't done. See:
Same thing should be done and for these buttons, so all buttons are equalized.
