During peak fundraising activity with civicrm dedupe enabled we appear limited by mariadb write performance. We're expecting even greater demands on the civicrm database going forward, and we need to understand the bottleneck(s) and determine how to improve on them. This tasks is to investigate the hardware and mariadb tuning to determine what improvements can be made from that angle.
