Special:PageMigration doesn’t work anymore: Translation page not updated

Description

This night, I try to import previous Meta:Categories/fr translations using https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:PageMigration but it does not work.

In fact, translation unit pages are well created in Translations: namespace, but the translation page is not updated.
So, maybe related to T221119?

No error message is displayed.
It worked well some days ago.

Note that Meta:Categories/fr (and other translation pages I tried to import) have been well created after I have edited Meta:Categories and marked it again for translation.
So, same workaround as for T221119.

That seems likely cause. If you still encounter this, feel to reopen.
