Hi. "user_mobile" variable is working fine in Abusefilter, but it is not working on the Abusefilter testing tool.

I experienced the bug while working on the fr-wikipedia filter #344: testing it on the edits made by IP 37.175.60.52 (whose edits have the tag "mobile edit") display no triggering... even though the filter was, in reality, triggered (purposefully).
