“Pinch to zoom“ tooltip when tapping on images within Suggested edits feed

Description

Please add a tooltip in all Suggested edits tasks(Article descriptions, image captions & image tags) when users tap on an image. Copy: “Pinch to zoom this image”

Reasoning: Pinch to zoom is a newly introduced pattern in the Wikipedia Android app – the tooltip will help Android users adapt the new pattern more quickly. It’ll likely become obsolete in upcoming releases.

@Dbrant, this is a snackbar, right? Good idea! Can you move it closer to the image so it does not overlap UI elements? Ideally above “Choose matching tags“.
