There are a few things we should do to make sure to have a clean shutdown:
- Update the published notebook and repo to state that it's no longer being updated.
- Identify issues that would need to be resolved to revive the notebook (requested by @Isaac)
- Decide what to do with the Toledo Oozie job. It's currently running fine now, and if we don't leave it running, we'll lose the data it's extracting from webrequest. However, it seems like leaving it running without having a way to maintain the knowledge across the team could cause confusion. T230743 would address this.
