The reference documentation on Wikitech should now be sufficiently dense, including all possible configuration fields and output variables. Since I did a substantial amount of refactoring and expanding, it would be for @LarsWirzenius to re-review.

I've read through the current version of the reference sub-page. It looks ready now. The real test will be if a new implemenation of pipelinelib can be written based on the reference page, and if we stumble upon issues then, we'll fix them, when we know what they are.
