Once we have our Privacy policy, Consent text and Rensingsrutin in place we will also need a clear instruction for
- How and when new entry is created in the volunteer register (i.e. what is the trigger and where is it)
- How consent is collected
- How the acquired consent is logged
- When/how the data gets updated (e.g. how is a new engagemang added)
- What does the annual purge routine look like in practice (i.e. the step-by-step process for ensuring information which should be purged has been purged)
