Describe a clear routine for handling of volunteer data

Once we have our Privacy policy, Consent text and Rensingsrutin in place we will also need a clear instruction for

  1. How and when new entry is created in the volunteer register (i.e. what is the trigger and where is it)
  2. How consent is collected
  3. How the acquired consent is logged
  4. When/how the data gets updated (e.g. how is a new engagemang added)
  5. What does the annual purge routine look like in practice (i.e. the step-by-step process for ensuring information which should be purged has been purged)
