Description

Device: Samsung galaxy tab S2

From OTRS:
"I'm using the app on a Samsung galaxy tab S2 with stock Rom 7.0 and can't
open links from the app. It says the related app is not installed or
deactivated which is of course not true. See screenshot.
It happens urn the version from the Google app store as well as fdroid. On
other devices this never happened."
