Now that @Krenair migrated the core Cloud VPS puppet masters to Puppet 5, can we also migrate labtestpuppetmaster2001?

This (and a few standalone puppet masters in Cloud VPS) are the last outliers running Puppet 4.

Ah nice, I wasn't aware of that task.
