Hmm, in my understanding wgCopyUploadsDomains is more meant for institutions (means: many files created by several authors) than individuals. :)
Not sure though, the Commons community might want to clarify here.

Uh yes, you're right.

That would require someone from Commons to comment here though... :)

Personally, as long as this feature exists, I don't really mind adding anything with content under free license. If that makes someone's work easier, why not?

@Majavah: I'm resetting the task status as it's unclear what exactly needs to be done here to get this un"stalled". Feel free to elaborate, please. Thanks!

I requested this because I came upon my photographs on Wikimedia Commons that someone had programmatically uploaded from my 500px.com account. This probably happened when 500px stopped supporting CC licenses.

Since a subset of my photos was already here, I figured I'd add all of my published photos.

If my photographs do not meet the criteria for the images on Wikimedia Commons, I'll understand if you deny my request.

Looking at the license your photos do seem to meet the criteria. :) The question being discussed here is if we [want to] use wgCopyUploadsDomains also for "single-user" websites. It's more of an interpretation question of the scope of wgCopyUploadsDomains. :)

Hmm... I'm happy to go with this request, however, the photos itself are hosted at https://dmql8.files.wordpress.com/2020/04/camerazoom-201612141608153671_v1-arcs.png?w=1250&h= and similar, which means we'd have to whitelist wordpress.

This is nothing about your photos - they're absolutely fine. If you want, I can mirror your site to Wikimedia Commons. If there is a list of photos with names and URLs, it'll be quite easy and I'll be happy to do that for you. Feel free to drop me a line at martin.urbanec@wikimedia.cz.

I will work it out with @Urbanecm.
