Wikimania 2020 risk planning needs the support of community relations. The goal is to help identify and communicate risks about Wikimania 2020 to the Wikimedia community. CommRel support is in planning; communications are a collaborative effort between WMF, The Steering Committee and the ESEAP core team - through group review, and sign off on drafts and signing this as a group (all 3 parties).
