Originally: When a new member signs up, or an existing member updates their personal info, an e-mail is sent to info@. Since a few months ago this e-mail contains most of the data we have about the member. For GDPR reasons this is undesired as this data should be kept in the membership system. A similar situation existed in the start of 2018 at which point we requested it be changed. 2018-02-24 Zynatic updated the system so that e-mails only contained the membership id.
Request: Revert to the e-mails containing only membership number
Status: Requested

Comment Actions
Zynatic has added options on which data gets sent out. Testing these out to find a good level.
Comment Actions
Test looks fine. With name and address unticked we only get membership id and any comments which the member has sent
