Using composer 1.10

Fixed in 6.0/6.x in https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-php/commit/418f3fbdba8792a354547853aac7a315d2b3575e
T237476: Update elasticsearch/elasticsearch and ruflin/elastica will fix this issue, as we need to go to 6.5.0 to get the fix, and 6.5.1 is the latest version in that branch
