There is no mechanism for indicating the quality of the article.
This probably exists as a change but I didn't find it.

This would be the Special:Validate mechanism (which is in 1.4 and 1.5). This is
on the 1.5 test wiki,
test.leuksman.com, and I'll be testing it a lot. You can read about it at
