Description

This has already caused numerous breakages - ala T243599: MWMultiVersion.php Fatal error: no version entry for `#` (was: special pages has not been updated since November 2019 in jawiki and several other projects)

Generally, if they use MW/MW scripts to parse dblists, it's not a problem. If it's a bash script/similar, it will choke to varying amounts
