Steps to reproduce

1. Compare original x translation
2. As you can see, references in translation are quite broken
3. Open both articles, find reference with the following url: http://www.webrtcworld.com/topics/from-the-experts/articles/403607-webrtc-world-miami-wrap-up-review.htm and compare

Expected behavior
The citation template parameters should be either translated (correctly) or left as are.

Current behavior
Instead they are unexpectedly removed making references broken.
