Interlanguage links from Wikidata and those given locally both appear on pages, even if they link to the same language and article. This duplicates interwikis on the sidebar.

Expected behavior: local interwikis should override those in Wikidata (if there is a local interwiki to a specific language, use only the local one for that language).
