Draft: Create or improve a tool for monitoring or automating tasks for Wikimedia databases
Open, Stalled, Needs TriagePublic

Description

Which project idea sparks your interest and why?

The project idea, Create or improve a tool for monitoring or automating tasks for Wikimedia databases, sparks my interest most, because it involves automation and mainly Python, which I am a fan of. Both of which spark my interest the most. That’s because it is related to Databases and automation, something which I want to make a mark on, in my future. Another reason for that is I’ve previously worked on the same field with almost same problem. I have also worked in automation in hardware as well.

Current Problems:

● One of the problems is Tendril which is sort of outdated solution to automation and monitoring.
● The second problem is the going of our solution and new technologies, hand in hand.
