Steps to Reproduce:
Visit https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%26_; .

Actual Results:
The site redirects you to https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%26, meaning that the _; is stripped.

Expected Results:
The site should show you the page with the title &_;, like https://en.wiktionary.org/w/index.php?title=%26_;&action=view.

The same also happens on other MediaWiki sites, like English Wikipedia.

Hi @Erutuon, thanks for taking the time to report this!
The task summary is about English Wiktionary but the task description is about English Wikipedia. Did you mean Wiktionary?

@Aklapper: I've corrected and updated the description and the title because the error is probably a general MediaWiki thing: it occurs in English Wiktionary and Wikipedia.

(Making a guess on a project tag, please correct me)
