Collect statistics about number of individual donors
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Giva Sverige has requested that we provide them with the number of individual donors, broken down by private individuals and legal entities.

While we have been allowed to skip that number for our 2019 report it makes sense to develop the document so that it is ready for the 2020 report (also not bad statistics to have for ourselves.

Collecting the statistics is in line with out exicisting Privacy policy and access to the raw data is limited in the same way as other donation related data.

The calculation sheet and report is being prepared here

Lokal_Profil moved this task from 📥 Backlog to 📆 This week on the User-LokalProfil board.

@Maria_Burehall_WMSE Once the 2020 numbers have been backfilled and we feel that the format works well this task can be resolved.

Note the subtask T248823: Add new donation statistics procedure to donation handling instructions which is about updating the existing donation handling instructions to also include this step.

Swish and Bankgiro seem to work well.

Nordea seems to have an issue with the data format changing (different number of columns). Need to check if that is a fluke

@Jenny_Brandt_WMSE could you take a look at if the Nordea format has changed or if it is simply a case of the exports being generated differnetly from before?

@Jenny_Brandt_WMSE have you had time to look at the Benevity numbers and reporting format?

@Lokal_Profil I have looked at the file but not been able to get the correct formate. The drive document "Donationer 2020" is updated but I believe that the numbers are not correct (now it looks like one person has donated over 50 000 SEK, but I think it should be 500. I am looking into it.

was this for Benevity?

Looks to me like the numbers are right.

I believe there might be an issue related to the language of the spreadsheet program which the downloaded report is opened in. i.e. copying the numbers across to the google Sheet requires one to check that decimals are being converted correctly.

When I added the 2020-06 numbers from the downloaded report the format matched.

I believe this is essentially done. @Jenny_Brandt_WMSE is this document, and how it is filled in, documented in the Organisational Assistant document?

Ignore question. This is covered in T248823
