This works for me on non-mobile https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/新宮站_(日本) after finding the 位置 section and clicking on [折叠] to expand.
Your screenshot however is from https://zh.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/新宮站_(日本) instead (mobile). But it also works for me on that mobile page (no expand needed).

I cannot reproduce, using Firefox 74 :(

Can someone else reproduce the same problem?

For me map snapshot is missing for certain language variants (zh-cn, ch-my). So mostly it seems the same as T246314. Current differences between how browsers and/or mobile treat missing image is covered in T248722, I think.
