AWB hangs when trying to create a page that the user can't create (because page creation is limited by Title blacklist to sysops only) in bot mode. It gives the error: "Restarting in 5 seconds". Instead, AWB should skip such pages automatically (and note the details in the page log if logging is turned on).

Workaround: Stop AWB. Remove the page manually from the list of pages that AWB works on. Then restart AWB again. This means that you need to periodically check if there is a stuck page.
