I was going to add myself to the extdist project to poke at T227362, but I'm just getting "Error: Unauthorised. Please try logging in again."
AFAIK, I should be able to do this (or so I thought)... I don't know if it's just LDAP fallout from earlier

Ideally, you need a projectadmin to be added to a project.

I think @Reedy thought (and I did too) that we had given him more rights in Cloud VPS than we actually have. Basically we both thought he had membership in the admin project that would let him join other projects, but that is not actually the current reality:
