Two weird things seen in Toolforge accounts:

• https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/membership/status/752 -- approved on 2020-04-03 16:37 with matching notice on Wikitech user talk page, but user was not in the cn=project-tools,ou=groups,dc=wikimedia,dc=org in LDAP on 2020-04-07.
• https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/membership/status/750 -- approved on 2020-04-03 16:31 with matching notice on Wikitech user talk page, but user was not in the cn=project-tools,ou=groups,dc=wikimedia,dc=org in LDAP on 2020-04-06.

Both were fixed by approving the account memberships again. In the first case this was done by marking the existing request in Striker as "Feedback needed" and then marking it as "Approved" again. In the second case, the user opened a second membership request and it was approved.
