Description

Use the message template created in T249925.

Find recent donations by contacts who have employers that have data in their matching gifts custom fields
Check USD amount against minimum match amount
Send message and record the fact

To decide: how to make sure we don't send multiples? Custom activity type? Need an activity type for 'examined, but skipped due to amount'?

Per my update on the parent task T228765, I think this task description needs to be updated to instead Create a job to export HEP data to Acoustic on an employer-ID level.

Oh, and please send us the column headers for this import (+dummy data would be even better!) so we can start playing around with it in Acoustic. Thanks!
