Tried to visit https://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:Upload

Request from - via deployment-cache-text06.deployment-prep.eqiad.wmflabs, ATS/8.0.6
Error: 502, Next Hop Connection Failed at 2020-04-13 17:36:34 GMT

(note that the - is in the original, not the replacement of my ip for privacy)

Tried again a minute later though, and it worked (slowly)
