Description

Issue

Right now, if we open the language menu from the article quick actions everything works fine, but if we open the same menu from the article menu, there's a couple of issues:

There is no cursor in the search field to allow a user to type
A user cannot select a language

Potential solution

Language selection in quick actions in the article page and language selection in the article menu should work the same.

if you mean this T250984: back physical button has different action from "done" button, then you can ignore this, we can work on this as another branch/pr as this is not relevant to this ticket fix.
