TranslatorSignup: dropdown to choose talk page on other wiki is removed after selecting that option

Description

On Special:TranslatorSignup if I select Talk page on other wiki the dropdown to select which wiki I want the message delivered dissapears, thus preventing me to select on which "other wiki" I want the translation notifications to be sent.

Outcome

It is possible to select the wiki where you want a notification to be delivered.

I managed to get it working saving the page with "Talk page on other wiki" checked, then reloading the page. The dropdown was back and let me select a wiki.
