Searching Wikimedia Commons for "beuys accumulator hastemplate:technique" I'd expect to find this file, but it doesn't show up as soon as "hastemplate:technique" is added, the page contains the template though, purging hasn't changed anything. (search link)

(Also removing MediaWiki-Search as Wikimedia sites use CirrusSearch instead of the default search included in the MediaWiki software.)

Thanks for retagging! It happened to me while logged in. But now it doesn't happen any more. The file appears both logged in and logged out. I guess the task can be closed! Thanks!
