I've tested out the reply links on the new wikis, on the pages linked in the spreadsheet.

Notes:

• Many of the languages are missing translations, and some parts of the interface appear in English
• Georgian language has a unique script. It had unique problems in the past because we were incorrectly handling upper-case characters – things seem to work fine right now but I only had a brief look
• Default signature on Georgian Wikipedia is super funky, with a talk page and contributions links overlaid on top of each other, but it seems to work fine:
• Serbian Wikipedia has language variants – apparently DiscussionTools doesn't work in the Latin variant? Probably because the transliteration affects month names in the signatures, so we don't detect them. https://sr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Википедија:Трг/Техника&variant=sr-el&dtenable=1 edit: filed T259818
• Chinese Wikipedia also has language variants, but things work

• On https://ckb.wikipedia.org/wiki/ویکیپیدیا:دیوەخان_(تەکنیکی)?dtenable=1 reply widget doesn't open because of a leaking transclusion covering the whole page

No. You've seen the kowiki questions, but these are known limitations (e.g., inability to detect signatures that put the date stampe in front of the username). There are no blockers and no requests for delay.

Yes. The linked (village pump) pages are where all of these conversations are happening. So far, there have been positive replies at all of the Wikipedias except the Chinese Wikipedia (no replies there).
