Per https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Thread:Support/Proposal_to_change_default_skin_to_Timeless/reply_(6) I would like to customize the location of these extra navigation links for Timeless, e.g. placing them in the page-tools section (I have no skills for making icons, to keep them in their current location), but all the logic seems to be hardcoded in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/mediawiki/skins/Timeless/+/73388405c3895f83954655e947ccec42c0683269/includes/TimelessTemplate.php#684 with no extension points.
