[cswiki] Change Manual of Style GrowthExperiments link to the Five pillars

Description

GrowthExperiments extension displays five most important links to the newbies in newcomer homepage and the help panel.

This task is to change the link from https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedie:Vzhled_a_styl to https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedie:P%C4%9Bt_pil%C3%AD%C5%99%C5%AF instead. The new description should be Pět pilířů Wikipedie.

I discussed this with @MMiller_WMF and @Trizek-WMF in the check-in meeting, and it looks good to them.
