Description

Wikistream is a tool that has been around for the Wikimedia movement for quite a while. It provides a web interface showing real-time editing data across many Wikimedia projects. The data for this comes from the IRC recent changes feeds. The webservice is written in nodejs and running on the Toolforge Kubernetes cluster.

I built https://tools.wmflabs.org/event-streams last month... I would have instead contributed to Wikistream had I known about it! The Event Streams UI is not quite as straightforward to use, but it otherwise offers similar functionality. I have not added an edit size filter, though. I'm not at all suggesting Event Streams as a replacement, just saying that if worse comes to worse, there are alternatives.
