Description

As seen on T251562: Run namespaceDupes.php for es.wikipedia, no matter how many times I run mwscript namespaceDupes.php eswiki --fix the output is the same...

It doesn't seem to want to fix the pagelinks, even though it says

164 links to fix, 163 were resolvable.
